1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and SL999 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the SL999 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and Sports Betting.

By clicking "Register", "Log In", or using any part of the SL999 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. These Terms are in addition to our Privacy Policy, which also forms part of your overall agreement with SL999.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use SL999's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. SL999 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals.
• Is an individual using the account solely for personal purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• Has never been banned from the SL999 platform or found to have misused an account previously.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. False information may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at SL999. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation and may result in all accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.

3Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SL999 account password. SL999 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify the SL999 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

SL999 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account information secure.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

SL999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods recognised in Malaysia:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. SL999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a third party will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawal

SL999 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. The withdrawal terms and conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal is RM50,000 per day for standard accounts. VIP members may apply for a higher limit.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 business hours depending on the selected method.
• Your first withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your first deposit.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification (KYC) are limited to a cumulative withdrawal of RM500.

6Bonuses & Promotions

SL999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that are clearly stated on each promotional offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Awarded once only to new members. Standard rollover is 10×–20× depending on the bonus type.
• Deposit Bonus: Bonus value is credited to your bonus balance and must meet the rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses over a one-week period. Credited directly to your withdrawable balance.
• Special Promotions: Includes Hari Raya, Malaysia Day, and football season promotions. Specific terms are stated on each promotion.

7Casino Game Rules

All games offered on SL999 — including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, table games, and Live Casino — are subject to the following general rules:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, any incomplete rounds will be voided and the wager amount refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game.
• Any signs of software manipulation or hacking will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final once the round has closed.

8Sports Betting & Football Rules

This section governs Sports Betting on SL999, including football (Malaysian Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League), badminton, e-sports, and other sports.

• All bets that have been submitted and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances explicitly stated herein.
• Bets placed on matches postponed before kick-off will be voided and stakes refunded.
• In-play bets may be closed or suspended by SL999 if market conditions change abruptly.
• In the event of an error in published odds (odds that are clearly incorrect), SL999 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The maximum win for Sports Betting on a single slip is RM500,000 per day.

9Anti-Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering Policy

SL999 adheres to strict anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to investigate any account that shows suspicious activity.

• All users are required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure before withdrawals exceeding RM500 can be processed.
• Activities such as depositing and withdrawing without playing with reasonable intent are prohibited.
• Any use of the platform for money laundering purposes will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• SL999 reserves the right to freeze an account and withhold its balance while an investigation is ongoing.

10Responsible Gaming

SL999 is committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of our members. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control of your play:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in line with your own budget.

• Fraud in financial transactions, including unjustified chargebacks.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Any attempt to hack or compromise the security of the SL999 platform.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting SL999 customer support. Any remaining balance (subject to rollover requirements) will be refunded via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

12Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SL999 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.
• Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a game or bet, provided the game functioned correctly in accordance with the applicable rules.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions

SL999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via:

• An email sent to your registered address.
